Hi! I've been busy lately, so I haven't had the chance to blog in a while. Today I decided to blog about a recent cooking experiment I did. For a Spanish project, I was assigned a recipe to make for the class. Since the group I was in received the topic of Peru, I had to make a traditional Peru food. I made corn salad with queso fresco. It is a very healthy, easy and delicious dish! You can find the recipe
here.

| First, wash and dice the red pepper |
Then, I cooked the frozen corn, ground up the onion, and minced the cilantro. After that, I mixed it all together.
| Next, squeeze lime juice in to the oil. *optional** add salt |

| Finally, mix everything together and add the lime dressing. For an extra pop of flavor, add some freshly ground pepper to the salad! ENJOY!!! (; |
